Overview

On behalf of our client, Grand River Personnel is recruiting for a Talent Sourcing Coordinator for a 12-MONTH CONTRACT opportunity! This is a remote-friendly role perfect for someone with experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or admin work, and who enjoys candidate research and outreach.

The selected candidate will play an essential role in growing the candidate pipeline for financial services roles. Your focus will be on outreach, scheduling, and supporting a national recruiting team behind the scenes.

Compensation: $55,000 – 65,000

Hours: Must have availability across multiple time zones (some flexibility outside of core hours may be required)

Requirements:

  • Proficient with LinkedIn and other recruitment outreach tools
  • Previous exposure to the financial services or insurance sector
  • Ability to meet key metrics independently
  • Experience in recruitment, HR coordination, and administrative support
  • Strong communication and organizational skills in English, written and verbal
  • Proficient in Google Workspace/Sheets, advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally (up to 20%) if required
  • Must be available to support candidates in various Canadian time zones

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Use LinkedIn and other platforms to research and source prospective candidates
  • Reach out to candidates using provided templates (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Track outreach and activity using spreadsheets and/or CRM tools
  • Introduce potential applicants to online assessment tools
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and recruiters
  • Share content and assist in recruiting-focused marketing efforts
  • Research new sourcing platforms and lead generation channels
