Reach Forklift/Material Handler – Kitchener
Overview
On behalf of our client, Grand River Personnel is seeking an experienced Material Handler to support production operations in a manufacturing environment.
This is a temporary-to-permanent role for the right candidate.
This role involves preparing, moving, and storing materials to ensure smooth production flow, with a strong focus on inventory accuracy, FIFO processes, and safe operation of reach forklifts.

Shift: 6:30am-4:30pm (Monday-Thursday, Fridays as need)
Pay Rate: $19
Key Responsibilities

Operate forklift and reach truck safely

Pick, pack, wrap, stage, and supply materials to production lines

Maintain accurate inventory and material flow (FIFO)

Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe

Communicate material or equipment issues to management

Requirements
-
Minimum 1 year of material handling experience in manufacturing

Valid forklift and reach truck certification (In-house license is invalid)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Experience with inventory control
