CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST – RECRUITMENT
Overview
Grand River Personnel is a locally owned and operated full-service Staffing Service that has been serving the Kitchener-Waterloo Region since 1978.
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our very busy team!
We are looking for individuals who have a Customer Service background or HR experience. The ideal candidate would be committed to customer service excellence and will thrive working in a fast- paced team environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greeting candidates and handling any concerns, requests, and inquiries via in-person, phone and email
- Operation of a multi-line phone system
- Assisting with candidate pre-screening process by contacting applicants, scheduling appointments, conducting interviews
- Making outgoing recruiting calls
- Creating job postings, social media posts through Meta Business Suite
- Responding to client requests and fostering a professional relationship
- Data entry, filing
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and WHMIS and adhere to WSIB and Health and Safety processes
Expectations:
- Excellent organizational and communications skills, resourceful, customer service oriented
- A high level of integrity, honesty, and tenacity
- Experience with WordPress, Canva and creating content for social media
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment; work well under pressure
- High level of time management
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Degree or Diploma from a recognized College or University
