Warehouse Supervisor
Overview
Our client in Stratford is searching for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in a full-time permanent role!
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for planning the warehouse layout to optimize space and prevent losses and damage. You will also be responsible for all daily operations in the warehouse including supervision of warehouse associates, drivers and delivery routes.

Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma or college diploma in a related field
- Three (3) years of experience in a Supervisory role, Five (5) years of experience in Warehouse setting
- Tactical, hands‑on, warehouse‑focused leader
- Ability to make daily operational decisions, task execution, workflow adjustments
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking
- Proven personnel management experience
- Strong leadership, strong diplomacy, conflict resolution, and people management skills
- Certified JHSC Member, First Aid Certification
- Forklift Certification
- Working knowledge of MTO and MOL regulations and standards
- Knowledge of local geographic areas
- Valid Criminal Record Check
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage day‑to‑day warehouse floor operations and workflow
- Supervise and manage a team of warehouse associates and drivers
- Maintain shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Coordinate daily activities, assign tasks, and set priorities
- Set clear employee goals and expectations for daily operations
- Provide feedback to the Operations Manager for the use of performance metrics including developing performance metrics and targets aligned with company goals
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of bi-weekly timesheets
- Optimize warehouse layout and space to minimize loss and maximize efficiency
- Identify and implement improvements in warehouse operations
- Maintain documentation for regulated and hazardous products
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Enforce safety and security policies to maintain a safe work environment, including use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all employees
- Address customer inquiries and concerns
- Plan delivery routes to meet customer timelines and expectations
- Efficient use of fleet tracking software
