Experienced Industrial Cleaners
Overview
We’re building a pool of skilled Industrial Sanitation Workers — your expertise in keeping food processing facilities clean will be in demand!

Responsibilities:
-
Clean and sanitize production equipment, machines, and work areas in a food processing facility
-
Maintain facility cleanliness, including floors, lunchrooms, and washrooms
-
Collect and dispose of waste, recyclables, and scrap materials
-
Restock paper products and supplies as needed
-
Operate counterbalance forklift to safely move materials and equipment
-
Follow company policies, procedures, and 5S/cleaning standards
-
Perform other duties as assigned to support facility operations
Qualifications:
-
Preference given to those with a valid (not in-house) forklift licence
-
Experience in industrial or food processing sanitation
-
Comfortable using cleaning chemicals and performing physically demanding tasks
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of GMP’s, SOP’s, HACCP/BRC food safety and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
-
Waterproof CSA-approved safety shoes
-
Ability to work assigned shifts and overtime
-
Use required PPE and maintain a safe work environment
- Able to perform all tasks within the department including lifting up to 25kg, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs.
