We are looking for experienced Office Assistants interested short-term and/or contract roles! 

Our clients in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge are looking for well-presented office professionals to help their Teams for vacation coverage, medical leaves, and work back-log. If you are able to “hit the ground running” and offer your office skills, please do send us your resume!

Typical Responsibilities would include:

  • Answering phones and speaking with clients
  • Greeting visitor and directing them to team members
  • Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Data entry
  • Basic accounting duties in payables; matching, coding, entry
  • Filing
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Other administrative work as required

Required Skills:

  • Experienced in reception, administrative role
  • Able to answer phones from customers/clients directly and provide professional customer service
  • Accounting experience is a definite asset
  • Quick learner, able to pick up new online systems easily
