Our client in Guelph is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive business development for locations in their region, through the organization’s community outreach initiatives!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and drive sales strategies including community outreach initiatives
  • Manage the development and implementation of an outreach and business development plan for assigned region
  • Assist in the development and training of staff on outreach program
  • Work with assigned team on outreach initiatives to achieve sales and profit objectives of clinics
  • Communicate centre goals; provide leadership and motivation to all clinics in outreach-related endeavours
  • Plan events; ensuring each clinic has the necessary resources for the different verticals of their outreach
  • Participate in the assessment, creation and revision of all Operations Manuals, including New Employee Training and Clinic Procedures as they pertain to business development initiatives
  • Work with Regional Manager to identify outreach priorities within the region
  • Analyze: Clinic potential and initiate plans with Management to increase business
  • Plan and manage monthly team meetings between Marketing Department and Regional Managers
  • Assist with education of new and existing employees regarding the outreach processes and activities to achieve maximum success in the field
  • Be able to maintain excellent working relationships with administration and professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork
  • Oversee, monitor and respond to patient and customer satisfaction levels
  • Assist with programs to enhance patient recruitment and retention
  • Coordinate with marketing department all business development opportunities including involvement with community events, health fairs and promotion events
  • Oversee implementation of physician marketing including the community base social network marketing plan
  • Identify new site opportunities
  • Identify and create regional alliances

Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum five years management or related experience
  • Knowledge of hearing or healthcare industry is beneficial
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales (interaction with physicians) is an asset
  • Specific post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience in areas of marketing and business administration
  • Strong and proven background in administrative practices and business office procedures
  • Own transportation and valid drivers licence required
  • Ability to travel within assigned area
  • Strong time management and organizational skills required
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of CRM
