Our client in the tri-cities area is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join their team in a permanent role!

The Inside Sales Manager will have the responsibility of working with clients through the quotation process and managing the inside sales functions for customers in coordination with the sales team!


  • Provide support and direction to the inside sales team and lead by example
  • Professional and prompt responses to customer request for product
  • Preparing projects for and completing the quotation process
  • Support the outside Sales Account Managers in project closings
  • Liaison to our manufacturing partners in the pricing process and project closings
  • Prepare accurate pricing and quotation support to our customer base
  • Provide an inside sales support function with knowledge to assist customers


  • Post Secondary Education – Diploma or Degree in a Business related discipline
  • 3+ years experience in Sales with a proven track record
  • Supervisory experience a MUST
  • Strong ability to train and mentor inside sales reps
  • Experience in the Lighting Industry will be an asset.
  • Must be driven to sell and achieve sales results
  • Experience with Oasis Sales Software would be an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to build customer relationships
  • Must have a friendly, self motivated attitude in a busy environment

Excellent compensation package including salary between $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year!
